当地时间2月27日消息，华纳兄弟探索公司已于当日上午与派拉蒙天舞公司签署一项价值1100亿美元的协议，同意被后者收购。据悉，这笔交易包含约290亿美元债务，是近年来好莱坞规模最大的并购案之一。合并完成后，派拉蒙将获得华纳兄弟旗下丰富的知识产权资源，包括《神奇动物》和《黑客帝国》等系列作品。不过有分析认为，该并购案预计将面临美国及海外监管机构的反垄断审查。（央视新闻）
